The Georgia House of Representatives is where many of the decisions that shape everyday life begin, including public education, healthcare, voting rights, basic freedoms, and economic opportunity.
The Georgia House will play a central role in the next round of redistricting following the 2030 Census. The lawmakers elected today will help shape Georgia’s political landscape and representation for the next decade.
Over the past several election cycles, control of the House has become increasingly competitive. As margins continue to narrow, individual races—and even individual seats—have become more consequential than ever.
