United for Georgia Women (UFGW) brings together Georgia House and Senate leaders and public servants who refuse to be silenced. We build progressive power by funding pro-women, pro-public health, and pro-science legislative candidates—and by investing in people who have dedicated their careers to public service through initiatives like Public Service to Public Power (PS2PP).

In 2026, we want to flip the remaining 10 seats and take the majority in the Georgia State House.

Supporting Candidates

UFGW provides direct financial support to pro-women, pro-public health, and pro-science legislative candidates across Georgia. We focus on competitive races where early support allows candidates to spend less time fundraising and more time engaging voters and building trust in their communities.

Our approach is grounded in trust. We invest in candidates who know their districts best and give them the resources they need to run strong, values-driven campaigns.

 

Building Infrastructure

At a critical moment for Georgia’s future, UFGW launched Public Service to Public Power (PS2PP) to meet two urgent needs at once. As competitive legislative races approach the 2026 cycle, campaigns need early, skilled support to compete effectively—yet at the same time, experienced federal public health professionals are being pushed out of public service despite having highly transferable skills and a deep commitment to the public good.

PS2PP brings these realities together, empowering displaced public servants to continue serving their communities while providing campaigns with the early capacity they need to engage voters, build momentum, and win.

Public Service to Public Power

United for Georgia Women’s newest campaign, Public Service to Public Power, recruits, trains, deploys, and mentors displaced federal workers on the front lines of democracy work in Georgia, focusing on the most competitive legislative races ahead of the 2026 midterms. Our early investment in critical campaign staff gives candidates the necessary strategic advantage and operational capacity needed to win.

  • Georgia’s upcoming elections will shape the state’s trajectory for a generation, influencing redistricting, representation, and public trust. Yet many campaigns lack the trained, well-supported teams needed to win.

    At the same time, a wave of federal professionals who once upheld truth, science, and equity have been displaced from government. PS2PP bridges these needs, channeling civic talent back into the fight for fair, representative leadership.

  • PS2PP builds a Public Power Corps: a statewide pipeline of mission-driven former federal professionals who receive targeted training, mentoring, and paid placements on Georgia’s most competitive races. By delivering skilled staff from day one, we give campaigns the strategic capacity and continuity they’ve historically lacked—building the infrastructure to win.
